If you like a creamier dressing, simply add an avocado or 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt to the ingredients. One dressing three ways – what could be better?

Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette
Bright and fresh, this versatile dressing goes with more than just salad! Drizzle it on vegetables, tacos, burritos, and more. You can also make a creamy version with avocado or Greek yogurt.Find the original recipe on Love & Lemons.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tsp. maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp. ground coriander
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients – except for the olive oil – to a food processor or blender. Place the lid on the processor and pulse several times till the ingredients are well combined and the cilantro leaves are generally pulverized.
- With the processor/blender running on low speed, drizzle in the olive oil and process till smooth, increasing the speed as needed.
Notes

- You can make it creamy by adding an avocado or 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt to the ingredients in the food processor (whole milk works best).
