Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette
Bright and fresh, this versatile dressing goes with more than just salad! Drizzle it on vegetables, tacos, burritos, and more. You can also make a creamy version with avocado or Greek yogurt.

Instructions
Add the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, coriander, and salt and pulse to a food processor to combine.
With the blade running, pour in the olive oil and process the mixture till smooth.
